These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Laddu Office Chair and Sofa Repair. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Agreement

We provide office chair, revolving chair, sofa, upholstery and furniture repair services across Gurugram. All services are delivered subject to availability of technicians and replacement parts.

2. Repair Estimates

Estimates are based on visual inspection. Final cost may vary if additional defects are discovered during repair. Any change will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information about the furniture, ensure safe site access, remove fragile items from the work area, and inspect the completed work before sign-off.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. Receipts are issued on request.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Replacement parts carry the manufacturer's limited warranty (typically 30–90 days). Workmanship is warranted for the same period. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Cancellation Terms

Service bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled at no cost up to 2 hours before the technician's scheduled arrival. Late cancellations may incur a small visit charge.
